Welcome to Inca Kids!

Inca Kids is inspired in the thousands of Peruvian men, women and children that work from dawn to dusk in their homes, schools and fields to provide the basics for their families: Water, food, shelter and education.

In our travels to the country, we always discussed the possibility to do something to help them; not give them money, not hand them just a few coins but empower them to reach broader horizons, show them that there is more than just making ends meet and provide food for the table; to inspire them to create more and better, to support their traditions of weaving, pottery, knitting and sewing.

Along the way, we encountered lots of crafts, textiles and artisan toys; some with very intricate designs and patters, others rather simple but extraordinarily beautiful. We learned not only how they were made but also the stories of the people that made them, the artists?. And so, we fell in love with the idea to create a bridge between these wonderful people and the rest of the world.

It is our ambition to make accessible a small sample of the works of these ladies and gentleman to you, to your families, to your colleagues, to your neighbors, to the people you know, and by this, foster awareness of their traditions, their way of living, the things that inspire them and their country.
